Lip augmentation in Prague from 2,990 CZK
Natural volume and a defined contour in one visit. ALTOS Clinic at Karlovo náměstí, no deposit.
No deposit — you pay at the clinic.
How much lip augmentation costs
We perform about 10 lip augmentations a day — that is why we can keep this price. The specialist will advise which volume suits you at the consultation before the treatment.
0.5 ml
Subtle volume: lips look fresher and slightly fuller. Good for a first time or to define the contour.
1 ml
More noticeable volume and shape. Good if you want a visible result or your lips have lost volume with age.
It is not always about “more”
Many clients come not for volume but for well-groomed lips and a clear contour. We tailor the goal and volume to you so the result looks natural.
“My lips are dry, with fine lines and no definition”
Minimal volume: lips look smoother, more hydrated and groomed, and people simply see a fresher face.
“I want to try, but just a little”
0.5 ml is a good start: lips look fresher and fuller, without a dramatic change.
“I want a sharper contour and symmetry”
We define the lip line and even out mild asymmetry — without extra volume.
“My lips got thinner, the corners dropped”
Over the years lips lose volume and fine lines appear above the upper lip. A small correction restores their shape and freshens the face.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between 0.5 ml and 1 ml?
0.5 ml gives subtle volume, 1 ml a more noticeable one. The specialist will advise what suits your lips and features at the consultation.
Will it look unnatural?
You agree on the shape and degree of augmentation with the specialist before the treatment starts. If in doubt, start with 0.5 ml.
Will people notice I had something done?
If your goal is groomed lips rather than volume, we use a minimal amount of product. Lips look fresher and neater but stay yours.
When will I see the final shape?
Volume is visible right after the treatment. The final shape is assessed after about 2 weeks, once the swelling has gone.
How long does the result last?
On average 6–12 months, depending on volume, your body and lifestyle.
Will there be swelling?
Mild swelling, redness or a small bruise at the injection site are normal and usually go away within a few days.
How do I prepare for the treatment?
5–7 days before, if possible, avoid aspirin, fish oil, omega-3 and vitamin E — they increase the risk of bruising. Do not stop prescribed medication on your own, just tell the specialist about it. Avoid alcohol for 3 days before. Come without make-up or lip balm on the day. Do not plan dental work, vaccinations or important events for the following 2 weeks.
What can and can’t I do after the treatment?
For the first 4–6 hours do not touch your lips or apply make-up. No sauna, pool or solarium for 7 days, no sport for 3–5 days, no alcohol for 3 days. Do not sleep face down for the first 2 nights. Before you leave, the specialist will give you personal advice.
How often should it be repeated?
Usually every 6–12 months, when the volume starts to decrease. Discuss the right timing with the specialist.
Can I have wrinkles treated during the same visit?
Yes, many clients ask this. Treatment of expression lines can be done during the same visit — the specialist will advise at the consultation.
Who will do the treatment?
An experienced ALTOS Clinic specialist.
What if I don’t like the result?
You agree on shape and volume with the specialist before the treatment, so this rarely happens. If the result still doesn’t suit you, the product can be dissolved at the clinic. This is a separate procedure, charged extra.
Who is the treatment not suitable for?
The treatment is not done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, under 18, with cold sores or inflammation on or around the lips, or with a cold or fever. If you have had strong allergic reactions or any product injected into your lips before, tell us at the consultation.
When and how do I pay?
No deposit. You pay at the clinic.
